By EU regulations you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without having to announce the reason why you want to return the products, within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the products have been delivered to you.
For you to withdraw from the purchase contract, the following requirements should be met: the product should be in its original, perfect condition, never used in any way, should come in its original packaging with no apparent damages including all of its original components. Your return package must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice of purchase, if these are not available, by the exchange card which is included in the packaging of the product.
You will be reimbursed with the full amount of your order including the delivery expenses (valid inside Greece should there have been any as usually delivery is free of charge) . The money will be refunded in the same way as it was received by us in the initial payment within 30 days from the day we received your return.
Should you prefer the returned goods to be exchanged with other items in our program we can do so if the amount value is the same.
In case the product chosen is cheaper than the returned item, you will be given a voucher for the price difference, should it be more expensive you will need to pay the difference upon ordering.
If you want to purchase creations from our collection at a later stage you may also receive a voucher for the amount of the good sent back to us which you can use within a period of 3 months.
Gift cards, personalized items (e.g. jewellery with engravings) and sales items cannot be returned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The delivery expenses for your return package to us is your responsibility and you are free to choose whichever delivery method is available to you.
